I.6.2 Pompeii. May 2006. Detail of plaster-cast of male victim number 24 on display in the upper loggia.
On the left hand the victim had an iron ring with a circular gem incised with a winged Vittoria holding a shield.
Under the abdomen
was found an iron key, two rings perhaps belonging to a belt and a vague vase
shape (baccellato) in vitreous paste.
The imprint of a possible drapery adheres to the left side.
The victim was a
male of adult age, over 20 years old.
