IX.8.6 Pompeii. December 2007. West portico, looking south. Schefold describes six large panels separated by seven views which are framed. These framed views are of wind gods shown with winged heads. They are listed as (from south to north) Boreas, Oceanus, Zephyr, then two gaps, Apeliotes, Euros or Notos, See Schefold, K., 1957. Die Wände Pompejis. Berlin: De Gruyter.  (p. 276).

Schefold describes six large panels separated by seven views which are framed.

These framed views are of wind gods shown with winged heads.

They are listed in BdI from left to right (south to north) as Boreas, Oceanus, Zephyr, then two gaps, Apeliotes, Euros or Notos,
