VIII.2.39 Pompeii.  May 2006.  Lararium niche in small room in north east corner of atrium.  This was painted red with a genius in a toga, holding a cornucopia and standing to the left of a round altar.  
To the right was a figure in blue and yellow with a diadem and sceptre in the left hand and a Patera in the outstretched right hand.   This is possibly Juno.  See Fröhlich, T., 1991. Lararium niche in small room in north east corner of atrium.

This was painted red with a genius in a toga, holding a cornucopia and standing to the left of a round altar.
